About

OSS: to persevere

OHM: universal integration

I started Oss ’n Ohm Vitality to provide a holistic and sustainable approach to Health Coaching.

By unifying the practices of Integrative Nutrition, Yoga & Mobility, Meditation & Breathwork, Stress Management, and Restoration, I provide clients the knowledge and tools they need to enhance their vitality and cultivate a sustainable life of health and wellbeing.

My experience learning, practicing and integrating each of these modalities into my life has provided me with the inner and outer strength to be my most alive & vital self. I seek to share this knowledge and teach my clients these same skills so they are empowered to be the best version of themselves and live a vibrant life experience.

A former competitive athlete and corporate executive, I learned through personal experience that movement without mobility / action without accountability / performance without a plan doesn’t last. My approach blends intensity with intention—focusing on mindfulness, mobility, strength, nutrition, recovery, and longevity in equal measure.

I offer individual, small group, and corporate instruction. This includes a customized combination of modalities to support each person’s or group’s health and vitality goals. I hope that your experience learning and integrating these practices into your life is as empowering for you as it has been for me.
