12 Personalized small group sessions (up to 3 individuals, 1 per week). Partner up to power up your collective health & vitality. This package is customized for you and up to two others and includes coaching in a variety of modalities: food nutrition, activity, yoga & mobility, meditation & breath work, recovery, stress management, and sleep.
5 Personalized all-levels sessions (recommend 1-2 per week) including yoga & mobility, meditation & breath work, stress reduction, and option to incorporate essential oils. Exchange any single yoga session for coached walk / hike or strength training movement session.
Let’s get to know each other with a single private session. All levels yoga & mobility session, including meditation & breath work, stress reduction, and essential oils.
12 Personalized integrative sessions (1 per week) includes coaching in a combination of inputs: food, activity, yoga & mobility, meditation & breath work, stress management, recovery, and sleep. Sessions can be conducted remote via video conference call or in person, and include a follow up plan and accountability check ins.
