Restorative Stretch Yoga
Longer posture holds in a variety of seated and standing postures provide an opportunity for the body to restore itself from both regular daily and rigorous athletic activity. Supported with props, an accessible class for all levels that promotes muscle lengthening, joint mobility, spinal flexibility, and mental clarity. Each class includes intention setting, breath work, a variety of focused postures, and Savasana (closing rest) to fully restore the mind, body and energies.
